COVID-19 Screening Moved to Friday, June 26th

Due to the threat of bad weather on Wednesday, the COVID-19 public screening originally scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th has been moved to Friday, June 26th from 8 until 11 am. The screening will take place in the lot across from Alleman's Grocery Store, 4718 Bull Island Road, New Iberia. The outdoor screening will begin at 8am and will end at 11am. Attendees will be asked a series of questions and submit to a temperature check and nasal swab. Individuals who believe they have been exposed to COVID-19 are eligible to be screened. 

Iberia Medical Center physicians recommend that participants do not take Ibuprofen or Advil the morning of the screening. Walk-ups are eligible. 

Participants are asked to bring a current photo ID and a current insurance card.
